Good goals. I don’t know if you were aware or not but I finally began doing yoga about 6 months ago. Changed my life. Part of the reason why I took that leap was your post about meditation and how much it benefited you. I’m looking forward to a future post on your zen sitting group and/or the practice itself (hint-hint)

HA! Subtle point taken :) . Glad you are liking yoda and I had any teeny part in that. Aikido, though it is a martial art, has a lot of zen-ish features; I plan on posting about it soon.
