1) Not watching TV all month long!!
2) Taking a cooking class
3) Doing weekly meal planning and shopping at the farmer’s markets and local food co-op
4) Having a meeting with a personal trainer
5) Reading 5 books: Omnivore’s Dilemma, Saving the Seasons, The Courage to Start, How to Write a Lot, and Getting Things Done
6) Doing a charity walk
7) Throwing a dinner party
8) Starting a running program
9) Doing daily Goal Setting
10) Working on my writing skills
